We are an independent firm controlled by its management. We support institutional investors in acquisitions of small and medium Italian companies with strong growth potential. We advise the closed-end funds Bravo Capital Partners SCA RAIF and Bravo Capital Partners II SCA RAIF, whose sponsor is Luxempart S.A., an investment company listed on the Luxembourg stock exchange with a net worth of over Euro 2.0 billion.
Mauro Vacchini

Mauro Vacchini, Managing Partner: Founder of Bravo Invest, he has held managerial positions in the Group BNP-Paribas, until, from mid-90s, he became Managing Director with responsibility for M&A and Investments. In 1995, Mauro has co-founded and developed the international Group Euromerger, focused on corporate finance and M&A for small and medium companies.
Fabio Galli

Fabio Galli, Managing Partner: Founder of Bravo Invest, he holds a degree in Economics from Bocconi University in Milan and an Executive MBA from London School of Economics, HEC and NY University. He spent over 15 years in the private equity business, initially in the pan-European group Argos Soditic and later in Convergenza, an investment company focused on investments in media and technology. In 2010 he joined Mauro in euroMerger.
